Planning

The Gantt chart is a widely used project management tool that allows you to see at a glance the list of the different tasks of a project to be performed over time and the overall progress of the project in a visual way.
The Gantt chart allows us to plan short-term and long-term actions to be performed by each team (Project Management, Mechanical Design, Electronic Design and IT).
We can thus have a global vision for the project, see the critical path, and thus define the priorities.
This tool has two objectives: to plan optimally and communicate on the schedule and the choices it imposes.
The diagram allows:
● to determine the dates of completion of a project; ● to identify existing margins on certain tasks;
● to identify the critical paths of the project; ● to visualize at a glance the delay or progress of the work.
